I just wanted people to know how caring the staff at Amber Banks were to my brother Gerald. He lived there for 5 years and was very happy. He had many medical problems especially towards the end, I cannot express how relieved I was that he was so well looked after. I lived 60 miles away and all the organising of the funeral was taken on by the staff, they knew exactly what Gerald wanted and they did everything possible to make it worry free for me and my partner and as Gerald wanted.
