If anyone is looking for a good quality care home, I must say look at the Merwood and you need look no further staff are friendly helpful and polite, nothing is to much trouble for them. the home feels warm and cosy, the atmosphere is very comfortable.
Residents are kept busy with many varied activities, they are not left sitting around a TV asleep all day, staff are on hand for games and exercises the grounds are very relaxing with a summer house and pond in the secure back garden make for a relaxing afternoon in the sun.
From my point of view the home is highly recommended.
