Very caring staff all needs are looked after, nothing too much trouble, good friendly atmosphere, for residents and their families. Meals are very balanced and they will make residents anything even if it outside meal times.

Reason for recommendation? Because too often does good service go unrecognised. Chapel Garths staff are like chamelions. they tailor each skill to the individual. Have true commitment, and solid patience. Very is a personal place to be where you are treat still respectfully, and individual needs are met. If I named all the staff Id run out of words.. there were a true few who connected with Nanna Clarice. but..the most suprising for me was the Chef. Nanna was a cook, and very critical on food.. but Nanna put some much needed weight on because she couldnt get enough!! 2 to 3 helpings at times. I can not say how much I thank all at Chapel Garth. from the manager to the handyman. all brought extra sunshine to Nannas life. Initially you feel bad putting a loved one in a home. but this is what this was a true home.with heart and warth xxx
