My nana was cared for by the staff at Hartwell for just over 5 years until she passed away very recently. The staff there are outstanding in their approach of the care of the elderly. They are: professional, dedicated but most of all very kind. She was always treated with dignity and respect despite not being the easiest of residents at times. The staff, including management are both supportive and approachable. My nana could not have had a better 'home'.
