Twelve Trees is located in Sheffield's Nether Edge and provides care for up to 29 residents. The home's ethos is to provide excellent individual care by an experienced and happy team.

Accommodation at Twelve Trees is offered in single and twin en-suite bedrooms. All rooms are fitted with a nurse call system, digital TV point and telephone if required. Communal areas include air conditioned lounges, a conservatory and dining rooms. All floors can be accessed via passenger lift. There is also a level garden with a variety of scented plants and herbs, a haven to relax or entertain in during summer months.

Traditional home cooking is served with a varied menu using ingredients supplied locally. The home has been awarded the Gold Award from Sheffield City Council for Kitchen Hygiene.

Many activities are available to residents as well as exercise classes, entertainment, aromatherapy, hairdressing and trips and outings in the home's minibus.
