Carlton House and Cottage are residential Care Homes registered for 14 clients with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, including people with a forensic background. They are large spacious properties with large well established fenced gardens. All clients are supported through the use of an individually tailored care plan that is reviewed on a regular basis aiming for people with learning disabilities to be seen as valued members of the community, function as part of that community, and enable them to become independent and promote self responsibility. The Home has a designated Activities Co-ordinator who is responsible for organising activities both withn the Home and in the local community. |
