This large Victorian property provides accommodation for 23 residents with 2 double en-suite rooms and 19 single rooms, 16 of which have en-suite facilities. Those rooms without en-suite facilities have their own hand wash basin and commode. All rooms are fully carpeted and are decorated to a high standard. Each room contains a television, nurse call system, fire detection, bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, central heating with thermostatic controls and safety guards.

Skell Lodge has well maintained gardens that residents can enjoy in summer months. There is also a small car park with space for around 8 cars.
