Castle Dene has high standards of care in respect of meeting individual needs, communication with residents and family, cleanliness, warmth and excellent meals. The staff work well as a team and there is little turnover in general staffing. The management are approachable and will listen and act upon any concerns. The owner meets with residents and family periodically to address any issues.
