Primrose Court is a small family owned care home with a traditional, friendly and caring feel.
Located in South Bank, Middlesbrough, the care home is ideally situated for the local GP and health centre, chemist, library and various shops.
Primrose Court is in the middle of a lively, vibrant and area and has a hair salon and large conservatory where residents can rest and relax. Residents at the home also have access to a well-kept garden and seating area.

The easiest way to reach Primrose Court is to follow your satnav!, However it is still very easy: From A1 just follow A66 or A19 , drive straight through Middlesbrough, passing two round-abouts, after the second round-about turn right at the traffic lights into Normanby Road, South Bank. Located half a mile down, opposite the new health centre building, just before the next set of traffic lights.
Follow signs for: Redcar, Eston, South Bank.
For family and friends there's no visiting restrictions, although it is appreciated if visitors visited during sensible times, e.g. not too early or too late at night.
A small car park at the front as well as on-street parking facilities. More parking is available at the Health centre located opposite.

Very welcoming, shown around by a member of staff, very knowledgeable about the home and activities. Answered all questions and gave valuable info which helped with decision making. I have visited several times, always made very welcome, nothing is too much trouble, which makes you feel confident leaving your loved one in their care. Happy friendly home. Beautiful rooms. Excellent staff.
