The Grange Nursing Home

RNA or RGN Level 1,RNMH or RMN Level 1 required. RGN/RMN nurse specialising in elderly care to work in a small nursing/residential care home. Desirable: to have good communication skills, to work as part of a team, supervise care assistants and work with the multi disciplinary team. The duties . include maintaining cares plans, meeting clients physical, psychological and social needs, promoting holistic and person centred approach, administrating/ordering medication, giving injections, monitoring IV fluid and peg feeds and applying dressings. Applicants must hold a UK nursing pin. Successful applicants are required to provide a standard disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer and applicant.
