The Beeches is a home for 6 males who are between the ages of 18-65 who have a diagnosis of a moderate to severe learning disability and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
The Beeches is set within the landscaped grounds of Highfield Park, Llandyrnog near Denbigh. The Park is approximately 6 miles from the historic town of Denbigh with its own castle, and 20 miles from the popular North Wales seaside resorts of Rhyl and Prestatyn. A little further away are the cities of Liverpool and Chester, and Snowdonia National Park.
The staff team at the beeches is supported, trained and encouraged to respect peoples social, communication and sensory differences as well as many other aspects of their daily functioning and behavioural needs. This is further supported by input from the multi-disciplinary clinical team comprising of a consultant psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, clinical nurse specialist, occupational therapist, and full support team, as and when required.
