My mother's transfer from her own home in Pembrokeshire to North Wales, in order to be nearer to the surrounding family, at the age of 98, was a major challenge. From day one her health, safety, welfare and development of new friendships and social inclusion were a priority for both management and staff. I visit often at all times and support my mother in all activities run by the home. I am welcomed by all and kept informed of all developments. The management respond promptly to any requests or needs.
