      1. 5 Positive Reviews = 3

      2. 0.1 x 5 Positive Reviews = 0.500

My mother has been living happily at Chaseley House for two years.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the smell of baking is often in the air and a cup of tea is always on offer for visitors.

Karen and the staff are not only professional and well-trained, but above all are friendly, caring, people who ensure that my mother's needs are well catered for.

My mother loves the staff and has been treated with care and dignity at all times. She enjoys the musical afternoons that are regularly arranged, her health needs are well monitored and she often praises the food.

It took me a lot of searching before finding Chaseley House and choosing it for my mother was the best decision I ever made. I have peace of mind knowing that she is well cared for and happy.

I can thoroughly recommend Chaseley House. My step-mum has been there for 9 months. After a spell in hospital where she had a nasty fall, seriously hitting her head, she went to Chaseley. She could not settle, and began to be very aggressive, and angry, which is not part of her character at all, allegedly brought on by the fall. Karen and her team where superb, patiently providing a lot of care and tolerance, resulting in mum once again being the cheerful happy person she really is. I no longer worry about her, I have peace of mind that she is very happy and being extremely well cared for - waited on like royalty! What more could I ask for, for her? A great big THANK YOU to Karen and her team. Oh yes, Mum says the food is great too, especially the home made cakes!!

Mum was a resident at Chaseley for six months, and in that time she was as happy and content as she could be away from independent living. Her health improved tremendously. Karen and her staff were very kind and caring to Mum and there was a lovely family feel to the house. Mum was given a choice in where to eat her meals and whether she wanted to mix with others and join in activities.

Chaseley House, is such a homely place and I know it was the perfect place for Mums final years. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chaseley House to anyone who is looking for an excellent establishment for their loved one.

All the staff took good care of her over the 2 years she was with you, in fact she used to say to me when I visited her that she regarded Chaseley House as 'her home'.

It is bright, cheerful, and friendly and always nice and warm, and great meals as well, you are always greeted with a smile and a quick chat when you arrive, they always ask if you have any concerns about anything and you always feel that you can approach the staff about any concerns you may have. What more could you want!!

I could not find any reason in this report to say that all aspects of Chaseley House are anything other than 'excellent all round.'

A lovely family run home.

Chaseley House should be proud of the care it provides. The home is so welcoming as are the staff, nothing is a trouble. All I can say anyone who manages to get a family member or loved one into Chaseley have been very lucky indeed. My Mum is so happy at Chaseley.
We viewed 9 similar establishments in the County of Conwy and Chaseley was our only choice keep up the good work.
