My mum has been a resident of Chaseley House for nearly 2 years. She is well looked after, always clean and feels really at home. All the staff are excellent and go out of the way to be happy and make you feel welcome, and always ask do you want a cup of tea. Keep up the fantastic work.

Review of Chaseley House Rest Home, Colwyn Bay, Conwy by Janet P (Daughter of Resident (recently deceased))
Monday 9 July 2012
My mother was a very demanding personality and lived very happily at Chaseley House before her death. She felt secure and cared for. Her individual needs were met and the staff were extremely caring. Being her only daughter and living in London while she lived in North Wales was obviously not ideal. But I had complete faith and confidence in the home and that she was cared for with professionalism and concern. The home were excellent in keeping me informed regarding her health and wellbeing.
