The residents at Catref, are so well looked after by all the dedicated staff. I can not thank them enough for how well they look after Mum. Christmas 2012 had so many activities organised, Choir, Sing-a-long, and lots more and the decorations were fantastic. It was more interesting and lively than being at home. Thank you all for the work you do.

My mother has been a resident at Cartref Henllan now for over 2 years. Her transition from home to Care was sympathetically and expertly handled by the Manager and her team in 2010; I and my family were not the easiest of people to deal with, but the patience and professionalism we (and my mother) have enjoyed has meant we are all satisfied that my mother is as well as she can be, is safe, and very kindly cared for. The Manager and her Assistant Manager never fail to keep us informed, are ALWAYS patient and sympathetic, and always deal promptly with any situation that causes concern (however slight). The food at Cartref Henllan is always very good; the hospitality of the staff generally is excellent, and the owner of the Home is always friendly and receptive.
