The staff, they are never to busy to chat, help or anything. They treat us with respect and dignity. The male carers are thoughtful and willing to deal with any issues. The staff are the reason I live here and enjoy living here. The views are out of this world at Newton Grange.

My father has lived at Newton Grange for 5 years. Previously he was living alone and finding it difficult to cope. Since day one at Newton he has been very happy and very well cared for. We are hugely relieved that he has found such a wonderful home.

Our aunt was very anxious going into Newton Grange as she was worried about making friends and also keeping her privacy. She has settled so well, has made new friends and if she wants to have a day in her own room she can. We have noticed she is eating more than she used to and is very happy and relaxed as she has no worries.

Newton Grange is a home from home for my mother. She is so happy there and content. I enjoy visiting the home as not only is she happy there but I enjoy chatting to the staff and other residents. I feel welcomed and I am always greeted with a smile. I am so pleased I chose Newton grange for her in the end. The view from mum's bedroom takes my breath away every time and the rest of the home is so homely yet tastefully decorated.
