Llwyngwian is a detached small holding situated among six acres of hillside, which is a short drive but withing walking distance from the quaint village of Dyffryn Ardudwy, North Wales. It boasts panoramic views of Cardigan Bay and the surrounding hillside. Llwyngwian Fawr is a registered residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities and/or mental health problems and associated challenging behaviours. The service is able to provide day care facilities and 24 hour support, using Person Centre Plans to maximise independence. Although registered with CSSIW to provide support for people 18-65 years of age, the ages of the current Service Users range from 25-45 years old.
The property has a private driveway off the main road and within the ground there are barns, stables and work sheds. Service Users can be assisted to look after our goats, chickens, ducks, and cats.
