3 points for receiving the first Positive Review.

(Number of Positive Reviews ÷ number of registered beds) x 2, up to a maximum score of 1 Point. ie a care home / service has to receive a number of Positive Reviews equal to half of the number of registered beds to obtain the maximum score of 1 point. eg a care home / service with 40 registered beds has to receive 20 Positive Reviews to obtain the maximum score of 1 point.
(For Adult Day Care Centres and Extra Care Housing which do not have a registered number of beds, 1) and 2) are replaced by the formula of 0.2 points per Review, up to a maximum score of 2 points. ie a listing needs 10 Reviews to receive the maximum score of 2 points

How Likely are the Reviewers to Recommend Grant House Care Home?
Reviewer Connection to Grant House Care Home
Recommendation submitted from a Website Submission by JACQUELINE/JEREMY WATSON (Son of Resident/Service User) on Saturday 13 September 2014.
Nesta[Agnes] very much enjoyed her stay at Grant House and requested that she move to Grant House when she knew she was unable to manage living on her own.
She loved the staff and her care that she received. She was self funding.
She adored Scotland-she was born a Non identical twin to an Aberdeen family [her father was The Rev.Westland-Rose] on Christmas Eve 1914.
As her family we know that she and her friends Inez and the Pountneys also past residents from Grantown would very much wish that you remain part of Great Britain.
God bless Janet,Jackie, and all the staff and management at Grant House -we miss you all and hope that you are all keeping well. Warmest wishes from,Jeremy/jackie Watson - Capel-le-Ferne Folkestone Kent.
