My Mum has now been a resident of Rosemary Lodge for the last three years. She is 93 years of age and limited what she can actually do for herself. She depends on a rotator to get around. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful, always willing to have a word with you no matter what time of the day you arrive. Rosemary Lodge is always clean and tidy and you are never aware of any undesirable smells. The dining area is always welcoming looking and the variety of food is very good. Frequent drinks are served to the residents throughout the day which can also be taken in their rooms if preferred. Activities to stimulate are held on various days. The residents seem to be very happy and content. Naturally when my Mum had to go into care I was very concerned with stories heard in the press, but I must say I have never found any concerns and as I said earlier the staff could not be more helpful or friendly.
