243 Baring House, Lee, London SE12 0BE
Brymore House Nursing Home in London is a large Edwardian detached property with its own drive and attractive enclosed gardens at the rear of the house.
Brymore houses two separate units; an Elderly Frail Nursing Unit and an Intermediate Care Unit. Both units have their own spacious lounges and sitting areas, kitchen facilities and en-suite bedrooms.
The Nursing Unit provides nursing care, residential care and palliative/continuing care for individuals who have complex medical conditions.
Brymore House staff in the Intermediate Care Unit work alongside social workers, physiotherapists and occupational therapists from Lewisham Intermediate Care Team to provide care for individuals who are requiring rehabilitation before returning to live safely at home.
Individuals have access to a varied activities programme which aims to promote social interaction in keeping with the cultural, generational, physical abilities and life experiences of each person. All activities are need-based and supervised by two activity co-ordinators.
Each individual will have a social care and activities care plan and staff will encourage interested individuals to sustain interest in gardening, pottery, craftwork and relaxation activities.
