Review of Meadbank Nursing Centre

I have been moved to a large room here which has allowed me to continue working - fitting all my computers and books in. Although the building has poor ventilation leading to gross overheating it is otherwise quite well appointed. Cannot comment on winter conditions yet. There is a screamer down the corridor, which is disturbing.

Review of Meadbank Nursing Centre

My mother, Elizabeth Painton, was a resident since 2006, both as a private fee paying resident and then council assisted. She has always been looked after wonderfully, especially on the second floor by Sister Kumbi and all the other sisters and carers.

Review of Meadbank Nursing Centre

I find that the food has too much salt, and the wheelchairs are defective. In spite of these complaints, the home has a very happy atmosphere.
