Excellent, efficient and friendly staff at all levels. A pleasant garden to sit in when there is warm weather! Richmond Park is nearby.

Galsworthy House can be recommended in every way. There was a high ratio of RNs to assistants. Care by RNs and Assistants was always provided without delay as gently and efficiently. Moreover, the medical care was excellent.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They look after my father with care and concern and treat him as an individual. His likes and dislikes are considered. If the family have any problems concerning his care, these are addressed and sorted out speedily. Father is content and happy, well looked after and safe.

The home has a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff are excellent. The staff are very helpful and caring. In all my visits I have not heard a cross word to any of the residents and they allow them their dignity. They adhere strictly to rules and regulations re safety of the residents.

A comfortable caring home. Good attention to medical needs e.g prompt admission to hospital when necessary. Convenient to reach by car or bus. Welcoming atmosphere, approachable staff. Relatives kept informed of various activities.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Mum was listened to in a compassionate manner. Very clean room. The decor was bright and attractive with some beautifully retained features. Mum enjoyed the food.

The staff are very kind but there are not enough of them. It is a very comfortable home and my husband, who has dementia is reasonably content there. I visit for four to five hours each day, as he feels lonely if I do not. It could easily be prefect if there were more staff, as it is one carer per four patients.

The care love and attention is first class. All the residents have different needs and these are all looked after with a lot of patience and kindness. All the staff cannot be faulted. That is matron, nurses, carers, cleaners, the kitchen, laundry, reception and maintenance. As a regular visitor it is so nice to be greeted with a warm welcome. My mother could not be in a better home.

No comparison to other homes. Very good care staff who listen and act. Night staff are very good and sweet to me. My family also like the home, to them it is very good.
