(For Adult Day Care Centres and Extra Care Housing which do not have a registered number of beds, 1) and 2) are replaced by the formula of 0.2 points per Review, up to a maximum score of 2 points. ie a listing needs 10 Reviews to receive the maximum score of 2 points

The Quantity Score of 3.969 for Havering Court Care Home is calculated as follows:

      1. 7 Positive Reviews = 3

      2. 0.1 x 7 Positive Reviews = 0.700

Havering Court Nursing Home has a homely, caring, loving atmosphere when you arrive there. Our son has been a resident there for 10 months. The staff are very pleasant and always attend to our son's needs with efficiency and excellent care. The nurses and carers and all other staff treat us too very kindly and with understanding. Our son's room is furnished and decorated nicely, all of the home is clean and very well organised. We can see that our son is surrounded by love and excellent care, also the staff take time to have some laughter and fun too, with our son and other residents. It has a very happy feel there.

Care home is situated in lovely grounds. Residents are very well looked after by excellent staff. However it's a pity staff regularly leave owing to poor salaries.

My husband John has only been here for a few days, everything has been done to a very high standard for his care. He has a bright suitably adapted room. Staff are very cheerful and exceptionally helpful. They react very well with John's disabilities and in this short time it has made a very positive start for him and us as his family, food, cleanliness is very good and the nursing is excellent.
