      1. 6 Positive Reviews = 3

      2. 0.1 x 6 Positive Reviews = 0.600

My friend has been in Heavers for the last four years, firstly in Holly Lounge and then in Maple. I cannot fault the care, my friend has been in bed for the last 18 months and has had no bed sores which speaks for itself. The carers and nurses work very hard and are always polite and cheerful. I hope as a caring employer you value and reward these carers as they really deserve to be looked after.

I looked at loads of care homes, Heavers Court was the best one by far. Purpose built, no open stairs for dad to fall down. Dad has been at Heavers Court for 6 weeks, it is very nice. I don't have to worry about dad wandering off and getting lost anymore. His dementia is getting worse now, now I know he is being looked after properly and he is safe.

The care my mother is receiving is outstanding. The staff are genuinely committed to giving her the highest standard of care despite dementia making her management difficult at times.
