After a warm welcome from Rene at reception, I then asked Merrybell if my dad Tony Henry could come to Heatherbrook, even though he did not have long to live, he was in Queens Hopsital very ill, Merrybell explained everything to me, and helped so much in all negotiating, moneys, paperwork and got dads room ready, repainted and comfortable, we all felt reassured that dad would be cared for most and of all safe, the carers are all wonderful, very professional, kind, dedicated and patient. Donna sang to my dad to remind him of the East End he originally came from and Chris was with dad as he died, we are all so grateful to all of them, especially Roche who explained everything to us which helped so much. We all recommend Heatherbrook, Professional care with a friendly approach.

When looking for a home for my father, this care home felt right. The manager Maribel was very welcoming and kind. The home is clean, the food (meals) very nice and different every day. The staff are friendly and if you have any worry or problem they are there for you.
