Potton House is a 24-bedded facility catering for individuals suffering from organic dementia and challenging behaviour. It is an impressive bungalow style property, of the new build variety, split into three smaller units of eight rooms each. Each of the rooms has en-suite facilities and looks out onto gardens and open views. Each resident has a care package which meets their need and the qualified staff reviews these regularly. The care is delivered by a team of professionals who are adequately trained for their roles within the Home. The emphasis of the Home is very much about enabling individuals to maintain their independence for as long as possible. There are a range of activities in-house and externally. |
