My father-in-law lived and was cared for at The Heights for the last 2 and a half years. He was very happy during his time there and enjoyed all the activities and events from the Bowls competitions to the music. I was concerned before he went to live there, as I had heard bad press about care homes in general and I am so happy to say that my experience of his time there could not have been more different to my fears. The level of care he received was exemplary, both medically and every day. The environment was comfortable, clean and very homely. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, very professional and treated Dad with dignity and as an individual . They made Dad's stay there enjoyable and I am deeply grateful for that.
