Job Title: Service Manager
Blesson graduated from University of Bedfordshire with an MSc in Advanced Nursing Studies.
In his native India, Blesson worked under several renowned doctors and became a Cardiac Specialist Nurse, skills that he brings with him to the role as manager of The Heights.
Blesson, who joined Fremantle in 2010, has worked at all levels in the care service and this has given him a wonderful insight into the running and managing of a care service.
He has won a number of awards including: Best Outgoing Student Award, Best Academic Excellence, as well as twice winning the Best Nurse Award.
A firm believer in independence, choice and privacy, Blesson loves his role as manager and the variety it brings each day. “Unlike your typical care service life at The Heights is very different. It is dynamic, and working with a great team creates a sense of real satisfaction on a daily basis, especially when you see the smiles on the faces of those in the home”, said Blesson.
