Without doubt the best facility ever! All of the staff from housekeeping up to senior management are absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all available and happy to help. Communication is first class. Food is excellent with a great choice. Activities are varied and regular. Nobody
is left out. Trips out are also fun and frequent.

Putting Mum into a care home was not an easy decision to make but from the very first day we knew it was the right one. Due to the kindness, respect and attentiveness shown to Mum by all staff members she settled in very quickly. The atmosphere at the home is extremely welcoming and offers a range of
fun and engaging activities. Communication with the family is good and I now have peace of mind that Mum is in a safe and nurturing environment. I should leave the last few words to Mum who said "Everyone here is so kind to me, they are always smiling and can't do enough for you".

Mum had been to visit the home a few times before becoming a resident and it was a good opportunity for her and I to get to know the staff and home. Her move was unexpectedly from hospital so the familiarity helped her settle in. The staff are very caring and meet Mum's needs, allowing her to take her
time and do things at her own pace. I feel she is relaxed and safe.

The experience of initially visiting Beaconsfield Heights Care Home and then the rather challenging "moving in" day for my mother was made significantly better by the kindness of the team at the home.
Through her first six months, I have been impressed by how smoothly things operate and how she has
settled in and seems much more relaxed.
The multitude of different activities is a definite highlight.
The security of the dementia floor is also a great weight off my mind, in terms of her safety.

My 95-year-old mother moved into Beaconsfield Heights Care Home at the end of July after a difficult year or so in her own home. Even with carers visiting three times a day, she was finding it increasingly hard to cope. It was so hard for her to move from the house she lived inf or sixty-three years
but after and initial, very wobbly few days, she has settled into her new life. She loves all the activities, the company, the food and is very happy she is being so well looked after - as are we! Thank you to all the staff who have helped my mother through this difficult period of transition.

Welcoming and very friendly and helpful service and advice. Any issues dealt with efficiency and care for resident. A very interesting and varied weekly activities sheet issued for residents to choose from. Any medical issues which arise are dealt with promptly and with dignity.

My aunt has recently moved to Beaconsfield Heights Care home.
I looked at a number of care homes for her but this was the one I could see her settling into easily.
The staff have really treated her as an individual, really getting to know her. The staff are lovely, warm and attentive.
I had quite
a lot of help preparing her room from the very helpful handyman.
The team are great. We've had a boat trip on the Thames at Henley, opera evenings and bingo etc.
We've seen a big improvement in her quality of life.

Dad has really settled into his new life at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home. The memory care team are fantastic, using the information shared about my dad prior to move-in to support him during those early days. He is now thriving, eating well, enjoying the company, activities and tailored trips out.

My mum stayed for two weeks of respite care. We all thought the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The room given to my mum was beautiful and clean. The meals were of such a high quality and varied. We all came away with a lovely feeling. Mum also said she would like to go back next year.

After a year of live in carers, my Mother moved to Beaconsfield Heights last year and hasn't looked back. Instead of living by herself with limited social contacts, she now has people to chat with, a full day filled with choices, and a range of stimulating recreational activities. She is incredibly
happy and well looked after. The staff have been very attentive and proactive about making my Mother feel welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend this well-managed care facility and the exceptional staff.

From my initial inquiry about respite care for my father with the client liaison manager and a home visit to assess Dad's needs, we as a family cannot fault this home. The professionalism of all the staff is outstanding and they go above and beyond to care for their residents doing their utmost in getting
to know them. There were so many lovely personal touches from Dad's welcome package to them celebrating his birthday and baking him a cake. Dad was very impressed with the selection and variety of food available to him and any dietary needs were met. The facilities and cleanliness of the home were also outstanding. They provide a home-from-home atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend Beaconsfield Heights for care for your loved ones. Five stars and well deserved. Thank you so much.

From the first phone call to Beaconsfield Heights I felt reassured by their caring approach, efficiency and the advice they were able to give about dementia care.
When we visited we were immediately impressed by the happy atmosphere and variety of well-planned and appropriate activities. Leaving your
home is a hard decision to make and so Mum opted to try an initial month’s respite care. At the end of that month she had no hesitation in staying. The staff are unfailingly cheerful and I feel that Mum is genuinely happy there and making the most of this stage of her life, despite her memory loss. I have no hesitation in recommending Beaconsfield Heights.

My mother moved in 3 months ago following a series of downsizing moves, none of which were sufficient or successful. Having tried and failed at another care home, she moved into Beaconsfield Heights, initially for a respite 'trial' stay and never left. The staff were very welcoming and flexible, and
did everything they could to make the move a success. The many activities and other residents have provided the social life and human interaction that her increasing physical frailty was preventing her from having in her old life. The food is delicious, and the kitchenette provides her with a sense of independence from the simple ability to make a snack or a cup of tea in her room when she chooses. With everything she was struggling to do for herself now taken care of, she is much calmer and has settled in really well.

It was recommended to me that my 98-year-old mother should experience a two-week respite. She lives by herself in a flat and is finding life more and more difficult. I organised an agency to give her care at home, one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. This service lasted for about four
weeks. However my mother became exceedingly disillusioned with the service. Following advice I suggested to my mother that she should experience a care home. Beaconsfield Heights proposed a respite of two weeks which I thought would be ideal. I believe the respite was a success. My mother enjoyed her stay, she found the staff professional, very understanding and fabulously supportive. However, my mother is quite a determined and difficult individual, she indicated that for the moment she prefers staying in her flat. She feels she is not ready for a move into a care home. Beaconsfield Heights would suit her well. I hope that my mother will reconsider moving to Beaconsfield Heights.

My father moved into Beaconsfield Heights five months ago and the help and assistance we received was outstanding. The staff were so helpful in assisting with arrangements and options to moving Dad in and assisting him to acclimatise to the new way of life. The facilities are almost like a five-star
hotel, with a beautiful garden to walk around/sit in, in the nice weather. There are always activities/entertainment during the day and evenings which residents can join in with or not, as they wish. My father loves the trips out, which they arrange in the minibus to various different locations with stops for coffee and cake! When my father has experienced some health issues the care staff have been excellent, providing assistance and comfort when needed, giving my Dad more confidence that support is always there should he need it. Dad agrees he could not be in a better place, which provides me and the rest of the family peace of mind too.

Our relationship with Beaconsfield Heights has been a gradual journey. My parents originally chose Beaconsfield Heights for a couple of respite stays during the winter. During a subsequent stay, it became apparent that my father’s needs were much greater than my mother's and that what was right for
one of them was not right for both, so my father stayed as a resident, and my mother moved back home and visited frequently, as did I and my wider family. This was a very difficult and emotional transition, especially for my dad, but the staff were very supportive of him throughout and all of us during this difficult time. My dad then had a fall resulting in a hospital stay which set him even further back. His needs were reassessed and he was readmitted to Beaconsfield Heights in the dementia area - ‘reminiscence’. Again, another difficult transition, but handled professionally and with great care by the staff. My dad has now settled and feels both at home and well cared for.

My mother moved into Beaconsfield Heights in December 2022 after having a bad fall in her home two weeks before. Her dementia was such that even a live-in carer was finding it difficult to cope with her anxiety and increasing needs.
We now feel she’s safe, very well cared for and entertained on a daily
basis. Most days, a singer or musician will entertain the residents, followed by tea and cakes, to which family members are welcomed with open arms.

One of my passions is empowering residents to live their lives their way; where there is a will there is a way!


Since joining the team at Beaconsfield Heights, I have felt part of the family; we have an amazing team, all of whom go above and beyond to ensure our residents are supported, cared for and enjoy every minute of every day.

I have worked within the care sector for over 12 years. For the past years, I have managed the Assisted Living neighbourhood and am now delighted to have been offered the opportunity to run the Dementia Care neighbourhood. Signature at Beaconsfield has provided me with the opportunity to progress during my time at home and over the past 5 years I have completed my NVQ Level 5 in Management in Care Settings.


I am very proud to be the Dementia Care Manager for Signature at Beaconsfield. I have a passion for delivering excellent care to ensure the well-being of our residents and I am privileged to be supported in this, by my dedicated team of professionals. Together, we strive daily to deliver this to every resident living with us.

I am very proud to be part of the team here at Beaconsfield. We always ensure that we deliver five-star service in every department, this was particularly highlighted throughout the pandemic as we recognised it was such a difficult time for residents, families and the staff.


The team spent a lot of time re-assuring residents and kept them mentally and physically stimulated and of course, our resident's safety was and is still the top priority. Our Concierge team run evening activities such as Cheese & Wine nights, Bingo and Quizzes which our residents love! I work closely with residents and their families to ensure that all enjoy dining experiences and that each resident has a nutritional meal plan to suit their needs.

As Activities Manager I am driven to provide all of our residents with a person centred approach to their day, taking time to get to know every resident, who they are, what is important to them and enabling us to offer tailored, enjoyable and purposeful activities.
