Staff all very welcoming and interact with my granny. The staff seem to be overworked at times which suggest there may be staffing issues. A little concerning that the home have seen a lot of managers come and go in a short space of time however my Granny seems happy so thank you for caring for her. I appreciate that you all do a difficult job under challenging circumstances. I would like to see more activities for residents.
