I can't praise this care home enough. After working in a few myself and seeing my Grandmother in previous homes where she has not been looked after made us determined to find somewhere that would treat her as well as she deserves. We have finally found it here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It's clean and does not smell. The food looks amazing and since coming here my Grandmother is looking a lot healthier. The staff are happy to do whatever they can to make sure she is comfortable. although she cannot tell us much, it's nice to see her more relaxed and smiling again. There are dedicated staff to do activities and although my Grandmother can no longer do an awful lot, she is always included which is lovely. Its nice to know that when we step out the door she is being well looked after 24/7 by people who really care. Nana has had the best few years here at Haven Lodge, it's such a shame we didn't find this home sooner. Thank You Haven Lodge!

After my Mother had been in three care homes prior to this and my having to remove her each time as the care was unsatisfactory. I am thrilled that she has been in Haven Lodge for the last 18 months. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff and the care is excellent. I can now leave my Mother confident that she is in very safe hands.

The staff are very caring. Good care provided, personal cleaning at least twice a day and more if needed. Cleanliness is excellent. Very good meals provided, pureed if needed. Activities provided for those who can take part. Staff very helpful and work as a team.

The care home made my grandmother's last few months happy, safe and peaceful. All the staff made not only her feel welcome but the whole family. I cannot fault the care home in anyway. They completely understood my grandmother and the care that she needed. I could have not asked for a better place for her.

Myself and all the family have found all the staff very helpful and kind in the short time my husband has been in Haven Lodge. Also the food is very varied and well presented. The rooms are kept to a high standard of cleanliest. Perhaps in some areas a slight improvement in deco.

I do not have to worry about my mother. I know she is in good hands and cared for 24/7. The staff at Haven Lodge are a great team, and I would not want my mother to be moved. The staff know her likes and dislikes and I am sure my mother is happy living there in her own little world.
