The Oaks Care Home is located on the edge of the busy market town of Colcheser in Lexden. The property is encompassed by attractive gardens and manicured lawns.

The Oaks Care Home offers accommodation in single and double rooms on two floors, all serviced by a passenger lift. Care is offered for people with general nursing and specialised needs. The Acorn Wing is an executive suite offering exclusive facilities, located on the upper floor it is accessed by a lift.

The Care team at The Oaks is headed by a manager with many years experience in nursing, several of these being given over to all aspects of medical and specialist needs care. Assistance is given by the Deputy manager who also has many years experience in care of the elderly and general medicine.
