I feel reassured that my Father is in very good hands at Homefields. The staff work tirelessly to ensure that the individual needs of each resident are met in the most appropriate way for them. They are treated as individuals and with respect at all times. I am quite humbled at how the staff in my Dad's 'house' are aware of his quirky little ways, are quick to pick up on new likes and dislikes and act accordingly. They use a gentle, thoughtful, approach with everyone living there, I know he is in safe hands. I know my Father can sometimes be 'challenging' but the staff cope with this with a calm respectful approach. I congratulate all the staff involved in my Father's support/care on their fantastic work.
