Fair Havens Christian Home

My father died in Sept 2014 aged 89. My mum moved into Fairhaven after I had viewed 12-12 other homes. Mum suffers from dementia, but the staff at Fairhaven have made a new home for mum. She has settled into a routine, she has made new friends and takes part in daily activities. She takes pride in her appearance and the staff recognised that and always make sure her clothes are clean and she is well presented. Loves having the hairdresser coming once a week. The atmosphere at Fairhaven feels good. The staff are friendly and caring, the food tasty and cups of tea plentiful. There are no funny smells and above anything mum is now happy and her life is good. She has even taken up painting again. Thank you to the Fairhaven staff.

Fair Havens Christian Home

The care home is very clean and tidy and all staff are very caring and polite towards residents and their visitors. Once settled in mum became very relaxed and happy to be amongst caring staff. Carers update all family members on progress of mum's well being and continue to involve family members in any matters arising. I would strongly recommend Fair Havens to any family wanting to ensure that their loved ones will be looked after.
