Recommendation submitted from a Postal Card by Susan M (Daughter of Resident/Service User) on Friday 17 July 2015.
In the time the manager has been at Ashurst Park, Fordcombe, she has made such an incredible difference. The home has "come alive" in so many ways, laughter, fun, events, entertainment, activities and care. The residents, relatives and all the staff have become a "family" thanks to the manager. She combines being professional with compassion and care and I can't thank her and her incredible team for ensuring my mum is so well cared for in her "twilight years". Thank you.
