(For Adult Day Care Centres and Extra Care Housing which do not have a registered number of beds, 1) and 2) are replaced by the formula of 0.2 points per Review, up to a maximum score of 2 points. ie a listing needs 10 Reviews to receive the maximum score of 2 points

At a time when the actions of a small number of carers working in care and nursing homes bring the dedication and professionalism of the majority into disrepute, it is heartening to note that each and every staff member at Temple Ewell Nursing Home gives much needed professionalism, care, love and emotional support to both resident and their family, to enable them to remain positive through what are, for many, very difficult times. Staff are always positive, polite and friendly, and fully prepared to meet the many diverse needs of everyone. In effect, the manager, supported by all members of her staff has created a real family atmosphere within the home. It is to their credit that family members can be confident that the best is being done for their loved ones.
