Chaldon Rise is a beautiful old country house, standing in its stunning five-acre grounds and located overlooking the glorious South Downs.

The Home has been providing care since 1988 and has been extended over the years to provide 34 beds. Chaldon Rise provides nursing care for the younger and older person who has a psychiatric illness. We can also admit a limited number of people with learning difficulties. Chaldon Rise has an innovative approach to care. Care is holistic, approached by looking at social, physical and spiritual needs.
