My mother moved into Coppice Lea, she grew to like the place and was very happy there. Mother made many friends. she got on with everyone. Mother had several strokes towards the end. The care and dedication of staff was outstanding which made her passing easier. It was a great comfort to us knowing that they were there for her. We shall never forget the care mum received. Thank you.

Compasion
My mother in law has been a resident at Coppice Lea for over 2 years. She has been confined to her bed since having a number of strokes. She has been very well looked after by the staff. Unfortunately she had another stroke and fell into a coma. The care and support my mother in Law and my wife and I received from the management and staff until she passed away was outstanding.

I have a dear friend who has dementia and took up residence in early May. It was a most distressing time for her and her family. She has settled so happily and this can only be due to the professional and caring way that she has been treated. I have seen many care homes and this one is wonderful.

My mother was moved from another residential home to Coppice Lea almost two months ago. She has settled in really well. She has dementia and the staff seem well trained and understanding. The manager in particular has been very supportive and we are very pleased with the place.

After three miserable weeks in hospital, unable to return home, and suffering from dementia, we faced yet another change of situation for our mother with trepidation. Two weeks after arriving at Coppice Lea she is more relaxed and taking part in activities with enjoyment. We are surprised at the speed at which the staff have understood her needs and character. She has been welcomed so warmly, as have we.
