(For Adult Day Care Centres and Extra Care Housing which do not have a registered number of beds, 1) and 2) are replaced by the formula of 0.2 points per Review, up to a maximum score of 2 points. ie a listing needs 10 Reviews to receive the maximum score of 2 points

      1. 10 Positive Reviews = 3

      2. 0.1 x 10 Positive Reviews = 1.000

Although I have put "Good" for most of the options below there have been times when some have dropped below that but equally sometimes things have been excellent. Individual members of staff in particular have been outstanding and to see so many at Dad's funeral and that they were genuinely upset at his passing, not just representing the Home, was very touching. He had very much become part of the community.

My mother in law has been a resident at Coppice Lea for over 2 years. She has been confined to her bed since having a number of strokes. She has been very well looked after by the staff. Unfortunately she had another stroke and fell into a coma. The care and support my mother in Law and my wife and I received from the management and staff until she passed away was outstanding.

I have a dear friend who has dementia and took up residence in early May. It was a most distressing time for her and her family. She has settled so happily and this can only be due to the professional and caring way that she has been treated. I have seen many care homes and this one is wonderful.
