Review of Palm Court Nursing Home Centre of Excellence, Eastbourne, East Sussex by Brenda M (Wife of Resident)
Wednesday 16 May 2012
I was asked to move my husband from a previous nursing home as they could not cope with him. He has Alzheimer's and was lashing out at residents and staff alike. Palm Court took him and they have looked after him brilliantly. He is always clean and smart and shaved. He seems much happier and loves it when the staff acknowledge him when they pass him. He is calmer as the staff spend time with him, understanding his needs.

Review of Palm Court Nursing Home Centre of Excellence, Eastbourne, East Sussex by Barry L (Son of Resident)
Monday 27 February 2012
This care home provides high quality care for dementia patients. Not only is it a centre of excellence for this group but it is also very rigorous in the health and safety training for its staff and exceeds legislative requirements for moving and handling training, which is of critical importance when dealing with this vulnerable group. The staff not only have a caring and loving approach to their patients, but also to relatives and carers alike. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Many thanks!
