We support people to enable them to lead a positive and fulfilling life to achieve personal goals and ambitions. Review of Barchester Swanton Care Centre, Melton Constable, Norfolk by Jane Sandland (Wife of resident)
Wednesday 13 February 2013
Since being admitted to Swanton Care Centre in 2009 my husband has been looked after in an exceptional manner. His needs have been identified and met at all levels and I, as his wife, have been included and informed at every step of the way. It is clear that management and regular staff have the residents best interests at heart and the atmosphere within the house is friendly and caring. As a frequent visitor I meet staff who have been employed at Swanton for several years which says a lot about the working conditions. Those not directly involved with care are also welcoming and friendly. They may work in the office, the kitchen, the grounds, on the activities programme, or on the cleaning team but are all of like mind keeping the residents care at a high level. I would not hesitate to recommend Swanton Care Centre.
