Swanton Care Centre is set in extensive and attractive grounds and has a variety of local amenities close to the villages of Melton Constable and Swanton Novers in North Norfolk. Swanton Care Centre provides the environment in which to support younger people with mental health and learning difficulties.

We support people to enable them to lead a positive and fulfilling life to achieve personal goals and ambitions. The team at Swanton Care Centre works closely with the individual, their family, the local community and professionals to develop a structured and meaningful person-centred programme of care and support, with a real focus on individual outcomes.

We have a strong community integration focus and promote access to social, health, education, and employment opportunities; supported by our links with community initiatives, local schools and colleges.
