Aldringham Court is located in a beautiful setting near Aldeburgh, home of Benjamin Britten and the famous Aldeburgh Music Festival. The home is only two miles from the wonderful Suffolk Heritage Coast where residents regularly go for outings.
Although ideal for residents wishing a quiet, peaceful location, the Home also encourages participation with the local community and organises an annual Summer Fete and Christmas Sherry Party.

The unique ‘art nouveau’ building is situated in three acres of well maintained gardens and woodland. The grounds are full of wildlife with doves, pheasants and even muntjacs.

Aldringham Court offers spacious accommodation that includes a beautiful conservatory that overlooks the woodland setting, a dining room and a quiet reading room. The luxury bedrooms, many of which are en-suite and have garden views with a terrace, have the added security of a nursecall system. All rooms are fully furnished however, residents may bring as little or as much of their furniture as they wish.

Residents are regularly assessed to ensure their needs are met. Visits are made to the home by an optician, dentist, hairdresser, chiropodist, physiotherapist and an aromatherapist as well as the local clergy. Catering staff provide snacks throughout the day and delicious meals for residents and their guests. Special diets can of course be catered for

Care staff at Aldringhamm Court are trained to the highest standards and chosen not only for their skills, but also for their friendliness, warmth and caring attitude. Staff are available around the clock to provide professional care that respects the rights and dignity of the individual.

Aldringham Court

I would like every person to have the same quality of care, staff, management, rooms and facilities, as he is having. I cannot find fault with anything. I am able to talk about anything with all staff I have found everywhere is very clean. The food and dink are all excellent, the activities, safety and security very good and good value for money. It is very hard work for all involved but the staff are all outstanding.

Aldringham Court

My dad has Parkinson's Disease and sadly my mum can no longer look after him in their home. They have been married for 59 years, so it was very hard for them to be apart. The staff at Aldringham Court made the transition very east for both Dad and Mum. My mum is welcomed every time she visits dad, it really does feel like an extension to our family, the staff are interested, warm and friendly. We feel sure that Dad is looked after and happy in the knowledge that all his needs are being met day and night.
