Review of Hartcliffe Nursing Home, Bristol by Roger Sheppard (son of resident)
Sunday 22 July 2012
I lost my father 21/07/2012, not unexpected as he had cancer for many years. He was admitted to this nursing home after he became unable to help himself. It was the best thing we did although we were worried I do not know why because it helped him to enjoy the time he had left in the most caring and thoughtful place you could wish to find. Everyone from cleaners, carers, cooks, nurses etc all cared and showed love. I sat with him for four hours this day and could not get much response but a carer came in and spoke to him and a smile came across his face. It was a joy to see. Thank you all at Hartcliffe Nursing Home for the love and care you showed our Father. ROGER WITH LOVE
