The Granary Dementia Care Centre provides an extensive range of care support for people with dementia and Huntingdon's disease, while also having places for residential and respite admissions.
A comfortable facility with spacious rooms and an atrium, The Granary contributes to its service users' peace of mind and sense of calm, ideal for those with in a sensitive state of mental health.
There are eighteen bedrooms in total, all fitted with nurse call systems and staff keep regular checks throughout the day and night to protect every residents' well-being.

Great efforts are being made by management and staff to improve all aspects of care. Recently become compliant in all areas. Staff appear happier. Well done and keep up the good standard of care. As a relative, it is important to believe that my family members are safe, fed and watered, and treated with dignity and respect at all times, not just when we are visiting. Communication has improved greatly.

I started working for Shaw as the HR Manager in 2012 covering the Wales and South-West Region. I'm responsible for helping the managers with aspects of employing and supporting their staff team which is an incredibly varied and exciting role.
One of my main responsibilities is overseeing the recruitment of our staff. Working in care as a support worker can be a fantastic feeling.
