Rosehill Rehabilitation Unit provides quality specialist care for people who have acquired a head injury and neuro-disability resulting in them needing rehabilitation back to the community with support. The Home offers homely accommodation for 21 adults who can present with very challenging behaviour, which is very well managed with friendly, concise and outcome driven approaches. Tastefully decorated throughout with individual décor to each bedroom to meet the requirements and needs of each individual resident. A key philosophy is that the residents maintain as much independence as possible and through the support and care can achieve their full potential in life. Residents have an individual care package, specifically planned to reflect their personal needs and choices. Resident choice is paramount and residents are actively encouraged to make informed choices and maintain independence. The clients are encouraged to participate in swimming, bowling, trips to the theatre outings to pubs, shopping. College courses are available and include music, art, communication, speech, cooking, relaxation, arts and crafts, dancing or gardening.
