My friend, who has a mental condition (although not dementia or alzheimer's) had to be admitted to a nursing home as she could no longer care for herself. The staff at Highcliffe Nursing Home looked after her very well, attending to her medical needs as well as her well being. I have seen only kindness and care given to her. Sometimes they are working in difficult circumstances as building alterations have been happening over the last 18 months and still are. The staff are kind and giving and always prepared to listen to my friend and to me. I do not hesitate to give a good report on all the times I have visited the Higchliffe Nursing Home.
