Orchard Court Care Home is located in a residential area near to Taunton where shops, amenities, public transport and the M5 motorway link is easily accessible.

This a purpose built care home provides nursing and social care for people with mental health needs, including Alzheimer's and other confusional illnessess.

Accommodation at Orchard Court is offered in single occupancy rooms, the majority of which have private toilet facilities. Some rooms are spacious enough for sharing companions.

The home provides TV lounges, a quiet sitting room and conservatory in which to relax. A separate dining room, where residents can enjoy the company of others at meal times is also available. Traditional home cooked food using fresh produce is served with a daily menu choice. Special diets can be catered for.

A courtyard and a large rear garden are also popular in the summer.

The home is visited on a regular basis by an experienced hair stylist and a qualified chiropodist. Complementary therapies can be arranged also.

A variety of activities takes place in the home, including the use of our specialist sensory room.
