Review of Brownhills Nursing Home, Walsall, West Midlands by Ann Neilson (Daughter of residents)
Thursday 14 June 2012
Because my mom and dad have no choice but to receive care, I am so pleased with the choice of nursing home we made for them. Mom and Dad would prefer to be in their own home but this was a good choice and so much so that if I had to go into a nursing home I could be quite content in this one. The staff are always friendly and helpful and have looked after my mom and dad well. The matron is approachable and will deal with any queries that arise. The place when you walk in always smells fresh and the cleanliness is excellent. There are one or two shortcomings but no place is perfect, but overall I definitely recommend this home.
