My mother died recently at Plymouth House Nursing Home after almost 12 years as a resident. During that time, and as she declined both mentally and physically, she was treated wonderfully well by all the staff. Her care was given with affection, sensitivity and a high level of expertise as her needs became more and more complex. As a regular visitor I too, always felt welcome by both the management and staff, something that clearly reflected the ethos of this home. My mother was in a safe, secure, very professional environment where her needs were of paramount importance. I feel very fortunate that when my mother needed full nursing care she was able to spend her final years in this excellent home with it's more than excellent staff.
