Review of Hornegarth House, Walsall, Staffordshire by Linda Blewitt (mum is a resident)
Monday 20 May 2013
Since this new manager has came to home, she has listened to my needs as well as my mum's. I'm am disabled I needed a bedroom down stairs so we could go & sit in there a watch TV and do things we use to do, I love to make my mum smile. When she was ok she always make a effort everyday put makeup on & so on, now she's got a bedroom downstairs I can take her in there to do her hair & put a bit of lipstick on, just because she's in a care home doesn't mean I treat her any different.
