This care home is not having enough staff to give the care needed for the nursing floor. When it comes to personal care and pad changes it does not give the residents the support they need if suffering from dementia. We have numerous times spoken with the manager.

I am very sorry to read that you would be unlikely to recommend Harmony House to others and that you feel some areas are of a poor standard.
We take all concerns seriously and would like to invite you to raise any concerns that you may have with myself, the Regional Manager, so that they can be discussed in detail. I hope that we can make improvements and that you will be able to follow this review up again in the near future with more positive comments if you feel that things have improved.

My mother and father in law were residents. Excellent care and support while in Harmony House. My mother in law lived there for 6 years. The staff treated both of them with utmost respect and attention, especially with their failing health. My father in law moved to a room adjacent to my mother in law they were able to live to the end of their lives together. It was home from home for them.
