Ashcroft Care Home is located in the Chesterfield suburb of Hady and is close to a Post Office, amenities, public transport and the M1 motorway link. Chesterfield town centre is less than one mile away.

This purpose built care home provides nursing and social care for both the frail elderly and the mentally infirm elderly.

Accommodation at Ashcroft is provided in single occupancy rooms, some of which have private toilet facilities. There are more spacious rooms available for sharing.

Ashcroft features TV lounges and dining rooms, where residents can enjoy the company of others at meal times. Daily menu choices are available and traditional home cooking is served using fresh produce. Special diets can be catered for.

There is a "rainbow" room for the use of all our residents which provides sensory and tactile stimulations in a relaxing environment.

Regular visits are made to the home by an experienced hair stylist and a qualified chiropodist. Complementary therapies can be arranged for residents.

The home provides a varied programme of activities for residents.
