How Likely are the Reviewers to Recommend The Branksome Care Home?
Reviewer Connection to The Branksome Care Home
Review submitted from a Postal Card by Hilary W (Daughter of Resident/Service User) on Tuesday 14 June 2016. Review relates to June 2016.
My mum moved into the Branksome on the 1st June, having spent several weeks in hospital. Unfortunately she was a resident for less than 72 hours, sadly dying. I was very impressed with the care and love she received form the staff during the short stay. She deteriorated very quickly and I was unable to each her before she died, but found great comfort that a member of staff had sat with her and held her hand. She was treated with such respect and dignity. When I collected her belongings the manager and every member of staff took time to offer their condolences.
